Thu, 01/28/2010 - 12:38 Rembrandt on NPR

Back in November I was involved with the interactive component of the Getty museum's "Rembrandt and His Pupils" exhibit.
The exhibit explores the genius of the master by presenting his illustrations alongside similar works from his students and outlining the ways in which - to put it bluntly - he succeeded where they failed. Well, today NPR ran a feature on the exhibit.
I was brought in to help out with damage control during the final stages of development for the interactive. It's a great example of how a project doesn't need to be full of whiz-bang animations to be engaging - sometimes all it needs is a really good story.
If you can't make it out to the Getty before February 28th, you can always explore the online version
